⸻ 2. TERMS OF SERVICE 2.1 Agreement By booking a ride with GLS Limoservice, you agree to these Terms of Service.
⸻ 2.2 Services GLS provides pre-scheduled private chauffeur transportation services within California. GLS operates one vehicle driven by a licensed TCP operator.
⸻ 2.3 Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only after:
• Payment authorization
• Confirmation email or SMS GLS reserves the right to refuse service.

• Base fare • Mileage-based charges
• Time-based charges • Hourly rate (if selected)
• Airport fees (if applicable)
• Tolls and parking Final pricing is shown before confirmation.

• Follow all safety rules
• Wear seatbelts
• Not damage the vehicle
• Not engage in illegal activity GLS reserves the right to terminate service if safety is compromised.

• Delays caused by traffic or weather
• Passenger’s missed flights
• Lost personal belongings. Passengers assume responsibility for personal items.

⸻ 3. CANCELLATION POLICY 3.1 Standard Cancellation
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup → Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup → No refund.
⸻ 3.3 Airport Pickups For airport pickups:
• 30 minutes complimentary wait time
• After that, waiting charges may apply
⸻ 4. REFUND POLICY 4.1 Eligible Refunds Refunds may be issued if:
• Cancellation falls within the allowed timeframe
• Service could not be completed due to the driver’s fault
⸻ 4.2 Non-Refundable Situations No refund for:
• No-shows
• Late cancellations
• Passenger misconduct
• Delays outside GLS control
⸻ 4.3 Refund Processing Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
⸻ 5. CLEANING & DAMAGE POLICY (Important for Limo Business) If a passenger:
• Causes interior damage
• Vomits in vehicle
• Spills substances requiring deep cleaning
A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged to the card on file.
